Curious about growing your own mushrooms at home? This hands-on, family-friendly workshop introduces the basics of mushroom cultivation using ready-to-grow kits. Participants will learn how mushrooms grow, how to care for a growing kit, when to harvest, and how to store mushrooms for freshness. We’ll also cover simple, approachable ways to cook mushrooms and incorporate them into everyday meals.

This class is designed for beginners of all ages and is ideal for families, gardeners, and anyone curious about growing food indoors during the winter months.
