Hail the Mushroom King
It was a really hot Saturday afternoon in July, but Joshua Ho was the perfect host. He personally walked us around his Mushroom King Farm located in Manalapan, New Jersey. Mushroom King specializes in Shiitakes for over 15 years and recently added on oyster mushrooms. Their process and facilities were an inspiration to us – they have low energy inputs, completely organic, and provide free mushroom compost to the community.
